Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing times are separate from delivery times.

Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

UAE Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery time after processing is generally 2-5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or other logistical issues.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations. International shipping charges vary according to the destination and other applicable delivery factors. Estimated international delivery times vary by country and courier service.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Beauty and the Beads.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order, including name, phone number, delivery address, emirate/country, and any required delivery instructions.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect or accept the shipment.
